Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 7 business days. We rely on third party courier services and are not liable for delays in shipping. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, we will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Any product delivered defective/damaged or wrong with respect to what is shown on the website could be returned/replaced within 48 hours of the delivery. Please reach out to our WhatsApp chat support on +91 98109 21184, available all 7 days between 0930 Hrs. to 1830 Hrs. Due to fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not accept returns/replacements beyond 48 hours of delivery. Please return the products in their original packaging and unused. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, warranty cards, and all other attachments that came with your order. Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be use anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations. We do not offer refunds unless its for a damaged or incorrect product
